PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate taking out of a wet tissue paper even when the residual amount becomes small by providing a bottom-lifting means, and at the same time, prevent the wet tissue paper from being dried even when such a bottom- lifting means is provided. SOLUTION: One section of a container body bottom wall 2 is formed into bottom-lifting plate sections 12 and 13 which are surrounded with linear indented grooves 10 and 11 for forming a thin hinge, and broken lines 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Then, a take-out port 32 of a packaging bag 3 is communicated with the flange hole of a flange-form top plate 42 facing inward, and the upper surface of the packaging bag is airtightly bonded to the lower surface of the flange-form top plate 42 facing inward. Thus, when the residual amount of the wet tissue paper reduces, the bottom-lifting plate sections 12 and 13 are bent to the inside of the container body, and the wet tissue paper is lifted.
