PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor housing seat structure applicable to a compact car by reducing a turning space and improving the operatability. SOLUTION: A seat cushion 20 can be folded and housed in an approximately recessed housing space 22 defined at a seating face side provided with a cushion body, of a seat back 12. The seat back 12 can be set and held with a predetermined standing posture by controlling the raising from a reclining posture, the rotation, and the rotation by the engagement of link arms in accordance with the rotational locus of the pair of long and short link arms longitudinally arranged at an interval in a state that the long link arm 16 is positioned at a front side with respect to the short link arm 18.
