PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle, capable of automatically changing an offset value of the air-blow amount according to the calculated blow-off port temperature, quickly elevating or lowering the temperature inside a vehicle to the set temperature, and stably holding the temperature inside the vehicle to the set temperature. SOLUTION: The air conditioner for a vehicle is constituted of a blower provided in an air conditioner duct of the vehicle, a blower motor 5a for driving the motor, a motor control circuit 18 for controlling applied voltage to the blower motor, and a microcomputer 11 for controlling the blow-off amount of the blower through the motor control circuit. The microcomputer calculates the blow-off port temperature Tm of each air conditioner duct, compares it with previously stored first and second reference temperature TmL, TmH. When it is judged that Tm<TmL or Tm>TmH, an offset valve of the blow-off amount of the blower is calculated according to the previously stored arithmetic expression, and the offset value of the blower control input to be applied to the blower motor from the motor control circuit is calculated from the offset value.
