<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller head extruder and a method for roller head extruding capable of manufacturing a rubber sheet having a high dimensional accuracy by directly accurately measuring a bank pressure and controlling an extrusion head, a roller and the like by its pressure. SOLUTION: The roller head extruder comprises rollers 21, 22 for molding a rubber sheet, an extruder 2 having a head 11 for supplying a rubber to banks 5 of the rollers 21, 22, detecting means 32 for detecting pressures of the banks 5 in such a manner that the means 32 are provided at both sides of connecting positions 35R, 35L, 36R, 36L of both sides of the rollers 21, 22 in a width direction, thereby accurately measuring a force corresponding to the pressure of the bank 5. The method for roller head extruding comprises the steps of automatically controlling a rotational speed of the screw of the extruder 2 so that a detected value of the means 32 falls within a predetermined range, and manufacturing a rubber sheet having a high dimensional accuracy by using the extruder.</p> |
