<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent color oil based ink capable of efficiently preventing drying up and shortening the setting time of written lines and having excellent color developability, light-resistance, and stability with time. SOLUTION: The oil based fluorescent ink for marking pens comprises at least a soluble fluorescent pigment, an organic solvent, a resin soluble in the organic solvent, a hydrocarbon wax and/or an oxidized hydrocarbon wax. Further, the oil based fluorescent ink for marking pens is obtained by adding 0.01 wt.% to 10 wt.% silicone based surface active agent or fluorine based surface active agent to the above oil based fluorescent ink for marking pens.</p> |
