PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce delivery of small change from the change accompanied by automatic charge adjusting processing of an oil supply charge. SOLUTION: An oil supply system 10 is constituted of a self-service oil supply type meter 12 (121-124), the setting device 14 (141-144) with money depositor/ dispenser provided in the meter 12 (121-124) and a control computer 18 arranged in an office 16. An island charge adjusting system provided with an automatic payout machine is employed as the setting device 14 (141-144) with money depositor/dispenser. A charge adjustment control program (charge adjustment means) enabling additional receipt of money when an actual oil supply amount is equal to or less than an amount of receipt of money after the completion of oil supply and adding the additional receipt of money to the small change to the amount of receipt of money to pay the total amount as change is housed in the control part 54 of the setting device 14 with money depositor/dispenser.
