PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an architectural hardware to settle troubles that, in a conventional one wherein a position of an anchor bolt is apart from a position of a column to be installed at a sill, strong wind which strikes columns and walls becomes a force to rotate the sill clockwisely with the anchor bolt as a supporting point, weakening connections between the columns and a foundation not only during construction but also after completion of construction, and reducing an antiseismic strength. SOLUTION: This architectural hardware is provided with a hollow box 10 formed into a cross sectional shape almost coinciding with that of a column 5, with a cutting part 10a at one place and a through hole 10b for an anchor bolt at its bottom, a cylindrical body 11 fixed to the upper face of the box and to be inserted into a hole 5b formed at a bottom of the column, and a connecting plate 12 fixed to at least two side faces of the box and to be fitted into a groove 3a formed at an edge of a sill 3.
