PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for disintegrating a soil lump, capable of automatically, efficiently and safely disintegrating a soil lump stored in entangled roots of a plurality of Welsh onions pulled out from soil. SOLUTION: A soil lump of Welsh onions 1 is inserted into a gearing part of blades parts of 11 and 11 of a pair of rotary teeth 2 and 2 rotated by a motor 17. The soil lump is beaten by the blade parts 11 and 11 and disintegrated while the Welsh onions 7 are moved in the axis direction of the rotary teeth 2 and 2.
