PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly perform sewing work of a surface skin material, to prevent an exposure of an inside pad material and a striker from a slit or the like of the surface skin material, to improve an outward appearance- external appearance, and to easily and quickly perform stitch sewing even in the surface skin material composed of leather. SOLUTION: A rear main part 45 of the surface skin material 27 is dividedly formed into a central part 45a and both side parts 45b. The stitch sewing 53 is formed in a lateral gusset 47, a side part 43 and the side parts 45b of the rear main part 45 in a state sewing the lateral gusset 47, the side part 43 and the side parts 45b of the rear main part 45 as a part. Folding-back sewing 55 is formed in the central part and both side parts of the rear main part, and a lip is formed by the folding-back sewing 55.
