PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet taking out device with improved reliability of sheet taking out by orderly arranging disorderly charged sheets so as to surely prevent two sheets taking out and a method of taking out the sheets, and a sheet processing device with improved processing efficiency and a method of processing the sheets. SOLUTION: This sheet taking out device comprises a charging part 1 for charging sheets P and a taking out mechanism part 2 for feeding the sheets charged into the charging part in a three-dimensional state and taking out the sheets one by one. The taking out mechanism part comprises a wall side aligning screw 12 and a floor side aligning screw 13 for classifying the sheets by each specified amount for transferring and formed at the pitches increasing gradually from an inlet part toward an outlet part; and a vibrating mechanism M rotatably supporting at least the floor side aligning screw and drivingly oscillated vertically so as to be projected from or recessed into a floor surface so as to repeatedly drop the sheets on the floor surface to impart a vertical vibration to the sheets.
