PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To laminate a plurality of fiber rovings 1 on a pallet 2 and prevent the slippage of cargoes of the pallet packaging body for packaging the pallet 2 and the fiber rovings 1 by a stretch film. SOLUTION: A plurality of rovings 1 arranged in parallel are overlapped on a plurality of stages on the pallet 2 and packaged by the stretch film 7. Then PET bands 4 are wound from an outer side face of an overlapped body of fiber rovings 1. Preferably respective PET bands 4A, 4B and 4C are wound and fastened for respective roving groups 1A, 1B and 1C on respective stages. |
