PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery packaging container wherein no current flows and norust causes on a terminal of a battery as the terminal and a packaging material are distant even if the packaging material absorbs moisture under highly humid environments to become conductive by making a structure that the terminal of the battery is not in contact with a packaging container. SOLUTION: The battery packaging container comprises a front face 11, an upper face 12, left and right side faces 13, 14 and a lower face 15 which are formed continuously with respective sides of the front face 11, and a rear face 16 formed continuously with the lower face 15 and opposite to the front face 11 wherein the faces are formed of a single paperlike member. Predetermined portions are folded thereby forming a battery housing 24. The battery 18 having the terminal 18a protruding from at least one of surfaces is received in the housing 24. The side face 14 opposite to the terminal 18a of the battery 18 received in the housing 24 is used to support the exterior of the terminal 18a so that the terminal 18a does not come into contact with the paperlike member. |
