PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy and precise toning of a base coating material by the user of a color coating material fluid. SOLUTION: The toning database for users is the one to be provided for use in the toning of a base coating material by users for color coating materials which presents at least each one of (1) the data on a reference amount of a base coating material shown by weight unit or volume unit and (2) the data on a mixing amount of one or more pigment fluids for color toning shown by weight unit or volume unit relative to the reference amount of the base coating material for every objective color of toning.
