PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multicolor patterned adhesive sheet having uniform multicolor patterns and especially useful as an interior and an exterior finish materials for buildings. SOLUTION: This multicolor patterned sheet comprises a multicolor patterned paint film layer formed by a spray coating method for forming multicolor patterns on a moving sheet using spray coating devices having >=2 discharge nozzles for coatings or inks in which the respective discharge nozzles are arranged toward a surface of the sheet to be coated, discharging the coatings or inks mutually different in coating colors from at least the >=2 discharge nozzles of the respective spray coating devices, forming a polychromatic sprayed pattern in which the coating or ink different in coating color are mixed and forming the multicolor pattern on the sheet in the adhesive sheet prepared by laminating (1) a mold releasable sheet layer, (2) an adhesive mass layer, (3) a base sheet layer and (4) the multicolor patterned paint film layer.
