PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a raw material composition for high solid acrylic resin composition excellent in scratch resistance, clearness and smoothness. SOLUTION: This raw material composition is obtained by including 50-80 pts.wt. methacrylic monomer having an aliphatic group, 10-40 pts.wt. methacrylic monomer having a hydroxy group, 5-50 pts.wt. acrylic or methacrylic functional monomer having a higher alkyl group, 1-20 pts.wt. methacrylic monomer containing a metal component, 2-8 pts.wt. chain transfer agent containing a hydroxy group, 3-9 pts.wt. initiator and 1-20 pts.wt. silicone monomer.
