PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dipping and heaving which occurs at the end portion of a floating structure. SOLUTION: Mooring members 3 having rigidity are connected to both the ends of a floating structure 1, the mooring members 3 are connected in a rotatable manner respectively with the connecting portions 4 and 7 with the floating structure 1 and a mooring foundation 5 as axes, thereby restricting the movement in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the incident direction of wave 2 of the floating structure 1 and the rotating motion in the width direction of the floating structure 1 as the axis in this mooring method for the floating structure 1.
