PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent oil products by further refining petroleum such as kerosene. SOLUTION: Plural oil refining tubes 2a, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3b and 3c which are each filled with an equal amount of ceramics 11 obtained through different burning temperatures and having size irregularity are made to intervene between a raw material vessel 1 and a refinery vessel 4 which are filled with ceramics 11. A raw material 9 poured into the vessel 1 is sent under a vibrating condition to the vessel 4 through metal pipes 5 which connect the tubes and the vessels in order and are each equipped with a suction pump 8.
