PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery and granular material transfer device having the transfer capability approximately equal to a screw conveyor without using a spiral lead member and capable of being easily manufactured. SOLUTION: Powder and granular materials in a trough 1 are scooped up by first feeding blades 3 by turning the first feeding blades 3 and second feeding blades 4, 4 in the perpendicular surface through a rotary shaft, they are slid down on the first feeding blades 3 and dropped from the lower ends, and the powder and granular materials dropped from the lower ends are scooped up by the second feeding blades slid down on the second feeding blades 4, and dropped from the lower end. The powder and granular materials are transferred in the trough 1 by repeating the above operation.
