PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyester elastomer formula capable of being used as various kinds of forming materials for an article exemplified by a fiber, a film and a sheet, especially suitable for an elastic yarn, a wire- covering material and also the forming material such as boots, a gear, a tube and a packing, and excellent in heat aging resistance, water resistance and low-temperature characteristics. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polyester elastomer is characterized by <1,000 MPa flexural modulus, >50% retention of breaking elongation after a heat aging test, >50% retention of breaking elongation after a water-resisting aging test, and <-15 deg.C temperature exhibiting the maximum value of loss tangent (tan δ). |
