PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing cleaner which more easily and cost effectively processes liquid titanium oxide, assures higher sterilizing power and is usable for a longer time in a wider range as compared with the conventional technique having the photocatalyst effect of the crystal of the titanium oxide. SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric 3 made of aluminum coated with extremely small particles of the titanium oxide within a movable casing 1 and UV lamps 3 are fastened by means of supporters 4 and illuminance is enhanced by a reflection plate 10 to maximize a photocatalyst effect. A suction port base 7 is provided with a fan 5 in order to enhance the flow effect of its gas so that the cleaned gas is obtained from a release outlet cap 6. Further, casters 8 are mounted at the bottom to make the cleaner easily movable. |
