<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send out dehumidified air to an air tank of a rear stage under a prescribed pressure or more even in the case of abnormal operation such that a large quantity of dehumidified air is leaking to a housing chamber 10. SOLUTION: This hollow-fiber membrane dehumidifier is equipped with the housing chamber 10 opened to the atmosphere through a piercing passage, hollow-fiber membranes 11 provided in the housing chamber 10 and discharging moisture in compressed air to the outside housing chamber 10 while allowing the compressed air supplied from one end of the housing chamber to flow to discharge the compressed air to the other end of the housing chamber 10 as dehumidified air, a reflux passage such as reflux piping 13 for refluxing a part of the dehumidified air obtained with the hollow-fiber membranes 11 to the housing chamber 10 as purge air, a first orifice 32 provided to the reflux passage and a second orifice 33 having an opening diameter larger than that of the first orifice 32, provided to the piercing passage.</p> |
