PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel gas cylinder mounting structure of a vehicle capable of increasing the charging capacity of fuel gas without increasing the mounted number of fuel gas cylinders and increasing the workability when the stop valves of the fuel gas cylinders are opened and closed. SOLUTION: A plurality of fuel gas cylinders 4A-4C are mounted on the roof part 3 of a vehicle with the longitudinal directions thereof positioned in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The stop valves 40A-40C of the gas cylinders are disposed in the same direction, and operating force transmitting members 50A-50C for operating the stop valves 40A-40C are connected to the stop valves 40A-40C. The handle parts 51A-51C of the gas cylinders are disposed collectively on one side of the roof part 3 of the vehicle.
