PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the remote control device of a door lock for a building, by which security can be improved. SOLUTION: A communication control device 12 outputs a request signal to the periphery of a door. When a portable machine 11 receives the request signal, it automatically transmits an ID code signal. A micro computer 23 for the communication control device 12 unlocks the door locks 31, 32 when it receives the ID code signal, and locks the door locks 31, 32 when it cannot receive the ID code signal. A man sensor 9 and a buzzer 10 are disposed to the eaves of a residence 2. The presence of a man is sensed by the man sensor 9, and a warning sound is emitted from the buzzer 10 when the ID code signal cannot be received.
