PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhibitor of plasminogenactivator that improves the chapped skin by inorganic compound, and to provide the combination external preparations for skin and the improvement method of the chapped skin by using them. SOLUTION: The inhibitor of plasminogenactivator is characterized by adsorbing plasminogenactivator and also by containing one kind or two kinds or more of the zinc oxides that inhibit the activity, and the combination external preparations for skin and the improvement method of the chapped skin by using them are provided.
