PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for measuring rope length capable of simply measuring the whole length of a rope by one measurement. SOLUTION: This jig for measuring rope length 10 has a pair of first and second measuring tapes; a ring 18 through which measuring scale tapes 12a, 2b of the first and second measuring tapes passes; and fixing stands for supporting both measuring tapes, and the measuring scale tape 12a of the first measuring tape reaches a can 2 along a rope 8 through a ring 18, and the measuring scale tape 12b of the second measuring tape reaches a balance weight 7 along the rope 8 through the ring 18.
