PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a tissue box or a tissue box case held by utilizing a handrail of a bed, and to make the direction changeable for a takeout port for tissues. SOLUTION: A flat belt (1) striding over a handrail of a bed is fixed at its both ends to each of points at belt-fixing parts (2) at opposite faces of a tissue box or a tissue box case, and the belt is twisted with positions of two fixing points are shifted each other, and thereby the direction to which a port for taking out tissues faces can be adjusted.
