PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding container by which a packaging can be easily performed to an approximately uniform finish state regardless of a packaging technique, and at the same time, which does not become bulky regardless of before or after of a usage, and can be easily carried and stored or the like. SOLUTION: This folding container is integrally equipped with a first container-constituting section 10 and a second container-constituting section 11 with an opening/closing line section 5. Then, at least the first container- constituting section 10 is constituted into an approximate pyramid shape wherein the opening/closing folding line section 5 side opens, by foldably connecting three side wall sections 7, 8 and 9 with folding line sections 3 and 4. At the same time, the second container-constituting section 11 is constituted foldably into a flat state. Then, by folding the second container-constituting section 11 to the first container-constituting section 10 side at the opening/closing folding line section 5, and the opening side is openably closed.
