PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reinforce a polyolefin layer having corrosion resistance by a fiber reinforced plastic layer. SOLUTION: The fiber reinforced plastic layer 5 is laminated on the polyolefin layer 1 through chlorinated polyolefin coating layers 2, 3 to reinforce the polyolefin layer 1 by the fiber reinforced plastic layer 5 without heating the same.
