发明名称 METHOD FOR INJECTING REDUCING GAS INTO BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating method of a blast furnace in which injecting of reducing gas from an ordinary tuyere arranged in the blast furnace or from a separately arranged tuyere together with the above tuyere is made. SOLUTION: When the reducing gas is injected from the tuyere in the blast furnace, the reducing gas is produced by beforehand introducing powder coal into a gasifying furnace at out of the blast furnace and supplying oxygen, and this reducing gas is used under this condition, or further, the reducing gas is reformed into the gas having high calory and high reducing performance by introducing the reducing gas from the gasifying furnace into a gas reforming furnace and blowing further steam and the powder coal into this reducing gas. In this method for injecting the reducing gas into the blast furnace, further, the adjustment of the reducing gas temperature is carried out and this reducing gas is supplied into the blast furnace through a lance in a blow pipe of the tuyere in the blast furnace or through the tuyere separately arranged together with the above tuyere. Thus, the furnace heat in the blast furnace is secured and a molten iron tapping rate is improved and a fuel ratio is lowered and the stable supply of the molten iron can be obtained.
