PURPOSE:To facilitate work by extracting and transferring the scrap and the products alternately along the extracting line after cutting down the peripheral part of the products finished with the prescribed working. CONSTITUTION:The steel plate (work W) is subjected to the required working, the part to be cut of complicate shape and being in contact with the inner part of the products or the peripheral edge is cut off, then the scrap and the products are extracted and transferred alternately along the extraction line. The extracted scrap and products are carried out with the 2nd unloader. For example, A B C D F G are selected, the products working and extraction line is to bind B H F, and the scrap II, the products II,... are executed similarly. Therefore, the workings of extracting, transferring and the sorting can be executed easily. |
