PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed meat product wherein a taste inherent in meat is not spoiled, having meat granular feeling, excellent palate feeling and puffy feeling. SOLUTION: This processed meat product is such as to be made through the following process: putting lumps of meat cut to at least two shapes different in shrinkage from each other, while retaining the cut shape of the meat, into a mixer before heating, and mixing them together followed by molding the resultant mixture. |
