SOLUTION: A ground surface at a place, where a column 11 is disposed in upright, is excavated, PC forms 13 are set the inner circumference of an excavated pit 10 obtained by excavation, a column base 11a is inserted and set into the internal space 14 of the PC forms, and concrete 17 is placed into the internal space 14 of the PC forms so as the cover the column base 11a.
