PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium delivery device with improved feeding operability of medium. SOLUTION: This medium delivery device comprises a fixed wall 2 having a delivery roller 1 exposed thereto and a medium storage chamber 4 having, as an opposed wall surface, a movable wall 3 energized to the fixed wall 2 side. A medium 11 stored between the fixed wall 2 and the movable wall 3 is delivered from the medium storage chamber 4 while the medium 11 is pressed against the delivery roller 1. A link device 5 for moving the movable wall 3 into an attitude parallel with the fixed wall 2 by pulling the opposite end part of the movable wall 3 to the opened side stroke end of the medium storage chamber 4 when the operation side end part of the movable wall 3 reaches near the opened side stroke end of the medium storage chamber 4 is installed on a side wall 4b adjacent to the fixed wall 2.
