PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a Lubrication-treated steel material having improved processability, degreasing power and blocking resistance and excellent rustproofing properties in stack in the presence of water in an oil uncoated state. SOLUTION: This steel material is coated with a coating composition containing 74-97.7 mass % of an acrylic resin having 30-150 acid value and 5-90 deg.C glass transition temperature, 2-20 mass % of a water repellent selected from a carboxylic acid ester, a metallic soap, polyethylene fine powder and fluororesin fine powder and 0.3-6 mass % of a mixture of an alkylamidocarboxylic acid or its salt and an alkanolamine and dried to form an organic coating film.
