PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fuller for steel reinforcement couplings having good adherence to steel and very little shrinkage, which does not lose flowability, is capable of dense and even filling into the details, has good hardening ability, and expresses high strength and toughness after hardening. SOLUTION: This filler comprises a composition containing at least cement, pozzolan fine powder, aggregate under 2 mm size, water and water reducing agent. |
