PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the reliability of fixing with an adhesive coated from the upper part of a binding yarn is poor because a rigid metal film is formed on a frame in a conventional leg binding type line guide. SOLUTION: This line guide is provided with a frame 3 made of stainless steel and having a ring holding part 7 holding a guide ring 5, a supporting leg 9 and a mounting leg 11 and is obtained by forming a plating of a chrome film 15 on the frame 3 except a binding yarn winding surface 11b of the mounting leg 11, thereby coating the adhesive 23 from the upper part of a part where the mounting leg 11 is bound onto a rod body 20 with the binding yarn 21, respectively mutually binding the binding yarn 21 or the binding yarn 21 to the binding yarn winding surface 11b and the rod body 20 and especially providing the adhesive 23 flowing to the exposed surface of the stainless steel of the binding yarn winding surface 11b with a remarkably firm bonding ability as compared with that in a region where the chrome film 15 is formed because the surface of the stainless steel of the binding yarn winding surface 11b is still kept in the exposed state. Thereby, the fixing power of the mounting leg 11 is strengthened.
