PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject method capable of easily tending the light- receiving and temperature change of fruits through adding simple equipment to a conventional elevated cultivation system. SOLUTION: This method for tending the light-receiving and temperature change of strawberry fruits comprises setting a cylindrical water or air cushion (10) on at least part of the circumferential edge of strawberry cultivation elevated beds (2, 2A, 2B) supported by a prop (6), in parallel with the elevated beds; wherein the water or air cushion (10) has a projected piece (12) projecting in a finny fashion in the longitudinal direction, and the projected piece (12) is supported by the prop (6) of the elevated beds.
