PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having both a firm fixability on a paper and a high cohesive strength of an adhesive film without causing the wear or falling off of the adhesive during running through a printing machine, or a printer, etc., and a sheet for carrying information using the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is obtained by compounding 100 pts. mass of an adhesive base prepared by compounding 100 pts. mass of the solid content of a methyl methacrylate graft-copolymerized natural rubber-based adhesive with a polystyrene emulsion so as to provide 5-50 pts. mass of the solid content of the polystyrene emulsion with 100-250 pts. mass of a particulate filler exhibiting the nonaffinity for the adhesive base. The sheet for carrying the information is obtained by using the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition.
