PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with versatility, which can carry out each of functions of intake, drainage, and overflow of rainwater flowing down through a down pipe, in a single structure. SOLUTION: The down pipe, a rainwater flow guide adjusting nozzle (12), a rainwater collector (3), a filter (5), and a overflow pipe (7) are connected together so as to form a circuit, and buoyancy-type throttle valves (9, 10, 11) are arranged at a drainage portion, of the apparatus.
