PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film folding apparatus which can compact the apparatus by simplifying the structure thereof, reliably fold a folding member of an ear portion, and achieve the high-speed treatment. SOLUTION: The film folding apparatus comprises a side belt conveyor, a suction device, a moving member 70, oscillation levers 112, 122 and folding rollers 114, 124. When an article is transferred by the side belt conveyor, the ear portion of the cut film is sucked by the suction device and pulled downwardly, and when the moving member 70 is moved, the oscillation levers 112 and 122 are oscillated, and the ear portion is folded by the folding rollers 114 and 124.
