METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WHITE ARTIFICIAL ZEOLITE FROM ACID WASTE LIQUOR IN ALUMITE MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND ITS MATERIALS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a white artificial zeolite the quality of which is high and similar to a synthetic zeolite when an acid waste liquor in alumite manufacturing process is utilized as an available resource, and its materials. SOLUTION: The acid waste liquor in the alumite manufacturing process is neutralized with alkali. An alkali aqueous medium is added to the resulting precipitated gel of aluminum or to a separated precipitate or a cake-like material after neutralization of the acid waste liquor with alkali. The white artificial zeolite the quality of which is similar to the synthetic zeolite is manufactured by a heated or pressurized reaction under an alkaline condition between the admixture of the eluted aluminate solution and water glass under the arrangement of the salic ratio.
