PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the new manufacturing method of a resilient form type binding tool wherein a pair of continuous half bodies provided with a plurality of pairs of freely abutted binding rings are projected integrally so as to be abutted against each other in the center lines thereof. SOLUTION: A pair of left-and-right continuous half body sheets 1, 2 are constituted of a hard plastic while a projected part and a recessed part, into which the projected part is fitted and engaged, are arranged in parallel on the rim surfaces of inner sides of both sides half body sheets alternately so that the projected part of one side half body sheet is engaged with the recessed part of the other half body sheet. Further, a continuous sheath body, made of the hard plastic and constituted of a bottom wall unit, formed so as to have an arced shape whose both ends are lowered, rise-up parts, projected integrally from both side rims of the bottom wall unit so as to have slightly tilted state, and retaining projections, projected integrally from the upper end rims of the rise-up units so as to have inwardly tilted directions, is constituted other than the half body sheets, then, the retaining projections of the sheath body are fitted into the retaining grooves of the other half body sheet whereby a completed article can be obtained.
