PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth-reinforced resin laminated sheet which exhibits low warpage and high strength and a little lacking of a base material from the processed end part and wherein even when a plurality of sheets are piled and cut, fusion on the processed end part is suppressed and a holding sheet for abrasion which can be suitably used for abrasion of an LCD glass, etc. SOLUTION: The cloth-reinforced laminated sheet is prepared by using a sheet comprising a thermoplastic polyester resin, at least one inorganic compound selected from mica, talc, silica, wollastonite and kaolin and titanium dioxide as an intermediate layer and arranging glass clothes treated with a binder on both surface layers and laminating them. |
