PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type aerosol product capable of making jetting particles fine, capable of making dropping of particles nearly not confirmable by viewing, further capable of reducing the corrosion of an aerosol container, being preferable from the viewpoint of life cycle assessment (LCA) including environmental load because of the product containing water, free from regulation by the Fire Laws and having slight limitation on storage and transportation. SOLUTION: This water-in-oil type aerosol product comprises a water phase and an oil phase composed of an oily component and a propellant and surface tension of the water phase is <=70 dyne/cm (at 25 deg.C) and an inflammable component is contained in an amount of <=60 wt.% in a stock solution composed of the water phase and the oily component and the stock solution has no flash point. |
