PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject equipment which can spatially control the formation of crystal nucleus when crystallizing various kinds of biopolymers. SOLUTION: The equipment, which prepares crystal of biopolymers contained in a solution, is equipped with a pair of convex parts 1 and 2 being positioned face to face to a substrate and on the top of the substrate. The space is formed between a pair of the convex parts 1 and 2 to crystallize biopolymers 3. The surface of the convex parts 1a and 2a, being positioned face to face in the space for crystallization, are characterized to orient the biopolymers 3 toward a certain direction in the solution. For instance, the surface of the convex parts 1a and 2a, which have minus and plus in zeta potential, respectively, are able to orient the biopolymers 3 by bipolar in the static electrical field.
