PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable baby buggy flatly foldable as a whole, sufficiently lowerable in the whole shape at unused time and carriable with an excellent appearance. SOLUTION: Wheels 4 are arranged in a lower end part of respective leg rods 6 of a collapsible frame 3. A seat part 5 is arranged and formed above the frame 3. This portable baby buggy is composed of a combination of a baby buggy 1 flatly foldable as a whole and a housing bag for housing the folded-up baby buggy 1 so as to be taken in and out. The folded-up baby buggy 1 can be carried by housing it in the housing bag.
