PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal element installing device for enabling even an inexperienced user to easily position a signal element in a proper position without requiring much labor when the user of a bicycle moves the signal element such as a magnet to a different desired position of a spoke. SOLUTION: This signal element installing device is used for installing the signal element on a bicycle wheel, and is featured by having a body member installed on the wheel and a movable member being connected to the body member so as to be movable to the body member and having a signal element installing part. |
