PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve solvent resistance and water resistance by maintaining a high accuracy pattern in a high accuracy of a printing screen using an emulsion material. SOLUTION: A screen plate for printing comprises a screen mesh 51, a pattern forming material mounted on the mesh to form a print pattern 55, and a surface layer vapor-deposited on surfaces of the mesh and the pattern forming material.
