PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply fishes without directivity and to exactly sort even the frozen fresh fishes to large and small fishes. SOLUTION: The fish sorter has a sorting member 2 lined up with a plurality of sorting rollers 1 to a grid form and sorts the fishes to the large and small fishes by regulating the interval of the sorting rollers 1 of the sorting member 2 and passing the fishes through the spacings of the sorting rollers 1. The fish sorter rotates the sorting rollers 1 and inclines the sorting rollers 1 to a downward gradient from the fish supply side toward a discharge side. Further, the fish sorter is disposed with the heights of the adjacent sorting rollers 1 one above the other and is provided with aligning grooves 3 for longitudinally lining up the fishes by the three sorting rollers 1.
