PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the amount of waste materials to be generated by effectively utilizing a fire extinguisher packaging box as a fire extinguisher installation base. SOLUTION: The fire extinguisher packaging box made of a corrugated fiberboard is partly cut off to form a cut port, by which a fire extinguisher installation base body 1 allowing putting in and out of a fire extinguisher through this cut port 1 is formed. A display board 5 formed by cutting part of a cut piece is affixed and mounted to the top end of the fire extinguisher installation base body 1. A prescribed display 51 is kept applied to the surface of the display board 5.
